You're not lost. You're on autopilot.
Different problem, better news. Begin Being is coaching for people who look fine on paper but have stopped choosing their own life. We notice where you've drifted, then decide what's worth keeping.
30 minutes, complimentary.
One-to-one coaching
For the seasons when you're no longer who you were, and not yet who you'll be.
You don't need the words yet. Each session is an hour that's actually yours: to notice how you're living, say the true thing out loud, and choose what comes next.
It might be for you if
- Your life looks fine from the outside and feels like someone else's from the inside.
- You've been meaning to change something for a while, and keep not.
- Something ended or shifted, and you're not sure who you are on the other side of it.
- You're tired of advice. You want someone to think with.
How it works
Three steps, no pressure.
A first conversation
30 minutes, complimentary, to see if we're a fit. Nothing to prepare, nothing to fix before then.
Decide what matters
We agree what you actually want to work on, and how often we'll meet.
Regular sessions
We meet, you try one small thing between sessions, and we look at what changed.
Fees and session options are shared in the first conversation.
Schools and teams
Workshops that don't feel like workshops.
For schools
Your students can smell a lecture from a mile away, so we don't give one. A 14-day reset with short sessions, real tools, and nobody filling in a form with their name on it.
For teams
Your people aren't disengaged. They're on autopilot, and so is half the leadership team. I don't do motivational talks. I help teams see how they're actually working, then change one thing that matters.
About
Hi, I'm Tannie.
I've spent more than fifteen years building brands, so I know how easy it is to look fine from the outside.
I've also lived the drift. I built something I loved, lost it, and spent a few years on autopilot before I noticed. Coming back to myself was the work. Now it's my work.
I'm trained in psychology and coaching, and I say what I see. Kindly, but I say it.
- BA (Hons) Psychology, Nanyang Technological University
- Trauma-informed coaching
- Psychological First Aid
- ICF Level 1 coach training, in progress
- Root Cause Therapy practitioner in training
- Adjunct lecturer in Life Skills
Questions people ask
- Is this therapy?
- No. Coaching looks forward: what you want, and how to get there. If something we talk about needs a therapist or a doctor, I'll tell you, and help you find one.
- Do I need to know what I want first?
- No. Most people don't. Working that out is often the first thing we do together.
- What happens in the first conversation?
- It's 30 minutes and complimentary. We talk about what's going on and what you'd like to be different. You'll leave knowing whether coaching makes sense for you right now, either way.
Ready when you are.
30 minutes, complimentary. Come as you are, including tired.
